Funeral services for Mr. Thomas "Spool" Drayton will be held
Friday, June 3, 2022 at 1 pm at the Estill Walking Trail in Estill, SC. Public
viewing will be held Thursday, June 2, 2022 from 4 to 7 pm in the
chapel of Garvin and Garvin Funeral Home. Born in Hampton County on
June 4, 1948, he was the son of the late Peter and Elizabetha Drayton.
He departed this life on Thursday, May 26, 2022 at Pruitt Health in
Estill, SC. He leaves to cherish his memories: Wife-Rosa Jean Drayton;
Eight daughters: Elizabeth(Tony) Gant of Fairfax, SC.
Sharon(Marion)Sanders of Estill, SC. Linda(Luther)Gant of Hardeeville,
SC; Gloria(Darrian)Warren of Estill, SC; Vernell Drayton, Bonita Drayton
and Benita Drayton and Catherine Drayton all of Columbia, SC. 41
grandchildren, 28 great-grands. Special grandkids-Michael and Beonka
Drayton and 5 nephews, and a host of other relatives, cousins and
friends.
