Funeral services for Mr. Richard Eugene Speaks, 61, of Varnville, SC will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at 1100am in the chapel of Garvin-Garvin Funeral Home, Estill, South Carolina. The burial will follow in the King Branch Baptist Church Cemetery, Garnett, South Carolina. A public viewing will be held Friday afternoon July 10, 2026 from 4pm to 7pm in the chapel of Garvin-Garvin Funeral Home, Estill, South Carolina.
