Funeral services for Mr. Marion "Mack" Wallace will be held Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 11 am at Sandhill Baptist Church Cemetery. Public viewing will be held Wednesday, December 1, 2021 from 4 to 6 pm in the chapel of Garvin and Garvin Funeral Home in Estill, SC. Mr. Marion "Mack" Wallace was born to the late Charles Wallace and the late Jannie Hutchinson Wallace on August 10, 1952 in Garnett, SC. He departed this life on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at his residence. He was a member of St. Mark AME Church. He graduated from Estill Training School in 1970 and went to serve in the United States Army. Mack also completed a 3-year degree at the Technical College of the Lowcountry in carpentry and mechanics. He also retired from Gulfstream Aerospace.

He leaves to cherish his memories: His loving wife of 43 years, Carolyn Wallace of the home. Four sons: Christopher Graham of Greenville, Sc; Jamie (Marie) Wallace of Kannapolis, NC; Derrick Wallace of Virginia Beach, VA; and Aaron Wallace of Garnett, SC; one brother-Charles(Emma Lou) Wallace of Estill, SC. Sister-in-law-Shirley Harley and three grandsons: Andrae Wallace, Aiden Wallace, and Alan Wallace of Kannapolis, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
