Mr. James Albert Forrester, Sr. was born November 6, 1951 to the late Robert Lee and Rosabelle Addison Forrester. At an early age he joined Long Branch Baptist Church. He was employed for many years with Farmer Logging Company.

He was married to Essie Dell Forrester and they were blessed with 6 children. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers-Roy Roger Forrester and Robert Lee Forrester, Jr and one sister-Carrie Ann Amaker.

Mr. James transitioned from Earth on Monday, June 18, 2018 at the home of his daughters Elaine and Essie Forrester in Hampton, South Carolina.

He leaves to cherish his memories: Wife-Essie Forrester; 4 daughters-Elaine Forrester, Essie Forrester, and Evette(Rio) Jones all of Hampton SC and Rosalee Forrester of Gifford, SC. 1 son- James Albert Forrester, Jr. of Hampton, SC. 1 step son- Albert Floyd of Hampton, SC; 1 brother-Willie Haze Forrester of Gifford, SC; 1 sister-Diane(Sammie) Frazier of Estill, SC; 1 aunt-Mary Lou Lee of Jersey City, NJ. 12 grandchildren; 3 great grands and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.
