Francina Frazier, 61, was the daughter of the late Buster and Mary Lee Clarke. She was a member of First Estill Baptist Church, Estill, South Carolina. She was a housekeeper for many people. She entered into eternal rest on April 19, 2020 at Hampton Regional Medical Center, Varnville, South Carolina.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2020 at 11:00am at SweetRose Cemetery, Estill, South Carolina. Visitation will be held on Wednesday evening from 6 to 8pm in the chapel of Garvin-Garvin Funeral Home, Estill, South Carolina.
