Funeral services for Mother Frances Mitchell Maxwell, 88, will be Saturday, September 28, 2024 at 1000am at Martin Temple CME Church, Estill, South Carolina. The burial will follow in the First Thankful Baptist Church Cemetery, Estill, South Carolina. A visitation will be held from 4pm to 7pm on Friday evening in the chapel of Garvin-Garvin Funeral Home, Estill South Carolina. Mother Maxwell died on Friday, September 20, 2024 at Memorial Health University Medical Center, Savannah, Georgia.
