On Monday, February 3, 2020 God sent his angels to 248 Nixville Road to the home of Bennie Duncan Brown who gently wrap their wings around her and flew away.

Bennie was born on June 20, 1953 to the late Elirdge Duncan and the late Bennie Dease Johnson Duncan in Allendale County, SC. She was preceded in death by a brother, Herbert Lee Duncan, Sr.

Bennie was educated in the public schools of Hampton School District 2.

At an early age she became a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, Luray SC,  She later moved her membership to Goodwill Baptist Church, Estill, SC.

After graduating from high school, the next chapter of her life took her to Jersey City, New Jersey where she worked as an office manager from 1979 to 2000 for Roger Doyle, DDS. This chapter also included meeting the love of her life, Mr. Evan C. Brown of Milledgeville, GA.

She began the final chapter of her life by returning home and uniting in marriage to Evan on December 25, 2000.  This chapter also included working with the Community of One organization and Jasper County Board of Disability for many years. She was loyal and faithful until her death.

A lifetime of memories will forever live on in the hearts of family and friends who were blessed by God to know and love her.
