Mr. Arthur Mitchell, 71, died peacefully on Sunday, April 27, 2025 at PruittHealth- Bamberg, Bamberg, South Carolina. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 2:00pm at First Thankful Baptist Church Cemetery, Estill, South Carolina. The burial will follow immediately after the services. A public viewing will be held from 5pm to 6pm on Friday evening in the chapel of Garvin-Garvin Funeral Home.
