Annie Mozell Hodge Bostick was born on July 17,1930 in Garnett, South Carolina. She departed this life on Sunday, May 6, 2018 at Hampton Regional Medical Center in Varnville, SC after a brief illness. She was married to the late James C. Bostick and to this union, they were blessed with seven children. She was a member of First Thankful Fillybranch Baptist Church, Estill, SC.

Annie enjoyed cooking for her family, shopping and talking on the phone.

She leaves to cherish her memory six daughters: Janette Johnson of Allendale, SC, Patricia B. Green of Estill, SC, Carolyn Bostick of Scotia, SC, Dorothy (James) Fitts of Clyo, Georgia, Ella (Earl) White of Scotia, SC and Cynthia (Lucious) Young of Furman, SC; one son: James (Conchita) Bostick Jr. of Scotia, SC; one sister: Mylintha (Frank) Williams of Savannah, Ga.; two brothers: Theodore David of Scotia, SC and Harley (Mary) David of Savannah, Ga.; two granddaughters that were reared in the home: Lakeshia Bostick of Rincon, Ga. and Keondra Bostick of Springfield, Ga.; 17 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren; a best friend: Dorothy Brunson of Scotia, SC; a godson: Sonny Ferguson of New York and a host of other relatives and friends.
