Anna Bell Atkins, 79, was the daughter of the late David and Mattie Brown Williams. She was born in Hampton County. She was educated in Hampton County School system. She was a member of Clifton Baptist Church, Luray, SC. She held numerous jobs in her lifetime. She entered into eternal rest on June 19, 2020 at the residence of her daughter in Charlotte, NC after an extended illness.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, June 27, 2020 at the Greenwood Cemetery on Groton Plantation in Allendale County. There will a private viewing by the family on Friday evening at 4:00pm in the chapel of Garvin-Garvin Funeral Home, Estill, SC.
